[ENG] About music that can be used as music material

Hagall’s music includes “musical works” and “Free BGM(musical materials)”.
Music that can be used by anyone as musical material is only if it falls into one of the following categories.

What applies to Free BGM (music material)

  1. 1. Music placed on “Free BGM” Page (free of charge)
    About “Free BGM” page : https://hagall.info/musica/

  2. 2. Music distributed as music materials on BOOTH (free of charge)
    However, this is also adding the same thing to the Free BGM page of 1. later.

  3. 3. Music sold on Audiostock (for a fee)
    *Still in preparation.

All other songs are “musical works” and cannot be used.

Hagallの曲には「音楽作品」と「音楽素材」があります。
音楽素材として誰でも使える音楽は、以下のどれかに該当する場合のみです。

  1. 1. Free BGMページに置いてある曲（無料）

  2. 2. BOOTHで音楽素材として配布している曲（無料）
    ただしこれも後から1.のFree BGMページに同じものを追加していますので、実質1と同じです。

  3. 3. Audiostockで販売している曲（有料）

この3点以外の曲は全て「音楽作品」ですので、音楽素材として使うことは出来ません。

音楽素材曲を使う場合は、利用規約を必ずお読みください。
