このページにある曲は、音楽素材（フリーBGM素材）としてのご使用が可能です。民族系/ファンタジー系/ピアノ曲を中心に、自分の習作を素材として公開しています。必ずご利用規約を守ってご使用ください。

※素材をダウンロードされた時点で、規約には同意されたものとします。
※ここでの”フリー”とは無料の意味です。楽曲の著作権は作曲者のRai / Hagaliにあり、放棄していません。

利用規約 – Team of use

Hagaliの音楽素材・BGM素材を使う際のご利用規約です。ダウンロードされた時点で、規約には同意されたものとします。

基本内容

• リンクウェアです。著作元の表記とリンクが必須です（詳しくは後述）
• 背景音楽（BGM）としてのご使用であればご自由に使えます。
• 個人的利用、商用、法人問わず無料です。
• 全てご利用報告なしで使えます。
• 「フリー」とは無料という意味だけで使っています。著作権の放棄はしていません。
• Hagaliの「音楽素材と明記していない曲」は素材ではありません。
  音楽作品や、CDの曲、YouTubeにアップロードしている曲は素材として使用できません。

できないこと

• 著作権は放棄しておりません。自作発言や改変は禁止しています。
• データの再配布、サイトの楽曲への直リンクは禁止しています。
• 楽曲そのものを利用することは出来ません。AppleMusic、Spotifyなど、ストリーミングサービスやiTunesなどのダウンロード販売は固く禁止しています。
• 音楽素材自体が主なコンテンツの配布や販売はNGです。例えば、作業用BGM動画（1枚絵に音楽素材を付けた観賞用動画）や、素材集配布、音楽を聴かせることをメインにした作品には使用出来ません。
• 楽曲、または楽曲を使用した作品のContentsID取得や、著作権登録、権利登録はできません。

著作元の表記をお願いします

Hagaliの著作元表記とリンクをお願いします。リンクウェアなので必須です。

リンク先はwebサイト or X or YouTubeにお願いします。
Hagaliが作ったものだとわかれば記載の仕方は変えても大丈夫ですが、リンク掲載は削除しないでください。
（リンク記載がないものは規約違反となります）

載せる場所は、ゲームクレジット欄やwebサイトからのリンク、動画であれば該当動画の概要欄、動画内でももちろん大丈夫です！Hagaliの表記とリンクがないコンテンツ・動画・配信などに関しては、削除依頼を出させていただくことがあります。どうかご了承ください。

Other

• 習作で作った曲を、音楽素材として公開しています。リクエスト等は現在受け付けておりません。
• 古い音楽素材は音源を変えたりと時々アップデートしています。元のバージョンをダウンロードくださった方は、そのまま使用いただいても構いません。
• このサイトや素材を利用して生じた損害、またコンテンツ自身に関する損害についてHagali/Raiはその責を負いません。
• 素材に関するご連絡は現在返答をしておりませんため、ご了承ください。ですが、使用報告など大変嬉しく拝見しています！

色々書きましたが、Hagaliと書いていただきリンクさえ貼れば商用でも使えます。
ほぼ使えますので「この作品に使えますか？」といった具体的な使用可否にはお返事できません。すみませんが、ご自身で判断の上使っていただけると非常に助かります。また、ご事情によりリンクが載せられない、という場合は基本的にご利用いただけません。

By downloading, you agree to the terms and conditions.

基本内容 – Basic Contents

• Linkware. Must include a notation of the copyrighted author and a link to the site.
• If you use them as background music, these are open to any use.
• It is free of charge for personal, commercial, and corporate use.
• All can be used without usage report.
• Songs that I have not written as music material are not material.
  Music works and songs on CDs can’t be used as material.
  Also, songs I have uploaded to YouTube cannot be used as material.

できないこと – The following cannot be done

• I do not waive copyright. You are prohibited from claiming copyright or altering the song.
• Redistribution of data and direct links to data is prohibited.
• Selling songs directly on AppleMusic, Spotify or other streaming services or DL sites is strictly prohibited.
• Distribution or sale of content that is primarily composed of music material itself is not permitted.
  For example, it cannot be used for a work BGM video (a video for viewing with music materials attached to a single picture), distribution of a collection of materials, or a work whose main purpose is to make the audience listen to music.
• It is not possible to obtain a ContentsID, register a copyright or register rights to music or a work using music.

Please link to website or X or YouTube.

Any place you want to put it is fine, but make sure it is visible.It can be in the credits section, a link from your website, in the summary section if it’s a video, or even in the video!
I reserve the right to request the removal of any content that does not have Hagali’s notation and link.I appreciate your understanding.

Other

• I release the music I have created in my studies as music materials. Requests are not accepted at this time.
• Older music materials are updated from time to time with different sound sources.If you have downloaded the old version, you may use it as is.
• Hagali/Rai shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of this site or the materials, or for any damages related to the contents themselves.
• I’m not currently responding to emails about background music material. But I’m very happy to read your reports of their use!

I have written a lot, but it is easy terms.
It has gotten easier with each passing year.
As long as you write “Hagali” and link to Hagali, you can use it for commercial purposes.
They can be used for almost anything, so I can’t respond to your specific “Can I use music for my works?” I’m sorry, but I would greatly appreciate it if you could use them at your own discretion.
