コンテンツの使用について

Hagaliでは、無断転載、楽曲・イラスト・歌詞などのクリエイティブを使ったコンテンツ制作、BGM使用等、楽曲を何らかの形で使用することを禁止とさせていただいています。
それは収益化の有無は関係なく、Hagaliを応援の目的のためであってもお断りしています。プラットフォーム側にアカウントの通報や動画の削除依頼をすることがありますのでご了承ください。Hagaliの動画のURLのシェアや、SNSのフォロー、チャンネル登録等での応援が一番嬉しいです。

例外がいくつかありますので、このページでご紹介しています。


Any unauthorized reproduction or use of Hagali’s works, including music, illustrations, lyrics, and other creative materials for content creation or background music, is strictly prohibited. This applies regardless of monetization status, even when the purpose is to show support for Hagali.

Please understand that as soon as we find it, we may report or request to remove it from the platform. Support by sharing Hagari’s video URL, subscribing to the Video channel, SNS follow. This is what makes me most glad.
(I have a few video channels that I have given permission for so far. So, I’d appreciate it if you could leave them without reporting me)

Difference Between Free BGM and Music Works

音楽素材と音楽作品の違い

Hagaliの曲には「音楽作品」と「音楽素材」があります。音楽素材として使える音楽は、以下のどれかに該当する場合のみです。

Hagali’s music includes “music works” and “Free BGM”. Important: Music may be used as Free BGM only if it meets one of the following conditions:.


1. Free BGMページに置いてある曲 – Music placed on “Free BGM” Page

2. BOOTHで音楽素材として配布している曲 – Music distributed as free BGM on BOOTH

ただしこれも後から1.のFree BGMページに同じものを追加していますので、実質1と同じです。

Cover guideline

Hagaliの曲のカバー投稿を行いたい方へ

Hagaliの曲は、カバー投稿が可能です。”うたってみた”に該当するボーカルカバーと、演奏でのカバーがあります。どこにも公開せず、個人でひっそり楽しむ分にはどの曲で行っても構いません。以下は、SNSや動画等で公開する際のお願いです。

  • カバー可能としている曲のみ、カバー投稿/発表が可能です。（コラボ作品など、カバーを許可していない曲もあります）
  • 現在のカバーOKリストと、オリジナル名義、オフボーカルデータの有無はこちらから確認できます。
  • 非営利に限り自由に行っていただけます。商用利用はできません。ただしライブ配信で歌う場合、投げ銭機能をオンにすることは問題ありません。
  • オリジナル曲のクレジット明記をお願いします。
  • 動画やイラストは現状配布しておりません。歌詞は、Hagaliがネット上に一般公開している範囲の内容であれば造語・翻訳を載せていただいても問題ありません。
  • 元々インストの曲に歌を載せることはできません（演奏や打ち込みでのカバーのみOKです）。


You can post Hagali’s cover songs. There are vocal covers and performance covers. You can to use any song you like as long as you enjoy it privately and not publicize it anywhere. The following is a request for those who wish to upload their work on social networking sites or in videos.

  • Songs in the list below, you can upload as cover songs. Some songs, such as collaborations, do not allow covers.
  • The list of covers OK and the availability of original names and off-vocal data can be found here.
  • You can upload to do so for non-commercial use only. Commercial use is not allowed.
  • If you are singing in a live stream, there is no problem to turn on superchat. It is not acceptable to monetize delivery archive videos.
  • Please credit the original song.
  • Videos and illustrations are not distributed at this time.
  • You may not add vocals to instrumental tracks without permission.

Other

  • Skeb曲、Audiostock販売曲など、その他のプラットフォームに置いている曲はカバーが出来ません。
  • ご依頼で制作した作品については、私の方では管理しておりません。恐れ入りますがクライアント様にお問い合わせください。

  • Songs placed on other platforms, such as Skeb songs and songs sold on Audiostock, cannot be covered.
  • I am unable to give permission for the commission work. Please contact the client.

公式チャンネルガイドライン

Hagaliの音楽と世界観、初めて聴く方の体験を大切にするため、コメントの際は以下の点にご配慮いただけると嬉しいです。なお、YouTubeの自動フィルターでコメントは保留・非表示になることがあります。

  • 相手へのご迷惑にもなりますので、他の方のお名前や作品名を出すコメントはお控えください。
  • 造語歌詞や翻訳の掲載を削除させていただく場合があります。これには様々な理由がありますが、例えば購入特典であることなどが挙げられます。
  • 内容と関係のない、他の方の動画のコメント欄でのHagaliの宣伝等はご遠慮ください。

We want everyone to enjoy the music and its world, so we have created guidelines for this channel. Some comments may be held or hidden by YouTube’s filters.
To help with that, we’d appreciate it if you could follow the points below:

  • Please avoid mentioning others’ names or works to prevent causing trouble, even if well-meaning.
  • For some works, lyrics or translations might be removed. There are various reasons for this, such as it being paid content.
  • Please refrain from promoting my work in videos unrelated to this channel.
