Use of Songs – 曲の使用について

Hagaliの楽曲は全て転載を禁じています。また、楽曲、イラスト、歌詞などのクリエイティブを使った第三者による無断のコンテンツ制作や投稿も固く禁じています。 それはコンテンツの収益化の有無は関係なく、Hagaliを応援の目的のためであってもお断りしています。
プラットフォーム側にアカウントの通報や削除依頼をすることがありますので、どうかご了承ください。Hagaliの動画のURLのシェアや、SNSのフォロー、チャンネル登録等で応援をお願いします。それが一番嬉しいです。
（今までに許可を出した動画チャンネルもあります。友人のものです。ですので、私に共有などは不要です。もし見つけても通報せず置いてもらえると嬉しいです）

例外として楽曲のカバー投稿は可能です。 またBGM使用を許可している例もありますので、ここではその詳細をご紹介します。

Reproduction or use of Hagali’s music is prohibited. Unauthorized content creation or posting by third parties using Hagali’s music, illustrations, lyrics, or other creative materials is also strictly prohibited, regardless of whether or not the content is monetized, even for the purpose of supporting Hagali.
Please understand that as soon as we find it, we may report or request to remove it from the platform. Support by sharing Hagari’s video URL, subscribing to the YouTube channel, SNS follow. This is what makes me most glad.
(I have a few video channels that I have given permission for so far. It is a friend. So there is no need for me to share them with you. If you find them, I’d appreciate it if you could leave them without reporting me)

As an exception, you can cover Hagali’s song. There are also examples that allow the use of background music, details of which are presented here.

Hagaliの曲のカバー投稿を行いたい方へ

Hagaliの曲は、カバー投稿が可能です。”うたってみた”に該当するボーカルカバーと、演奏でのカバーがあります。どこにも公開せず、個人でひっそり楽しむ分にはどの曲で行っても構いません。以下は、SNSや動画等で公開する際のお願いです。

You can post Hagali’s cover songs. There are vocal covers and performance covers. You can to use any song you like as long as you enjoy it privately and not publicize it anywhere. The following is a request for those who wish to upload their work on social networking sites or in videos.


音楽作品のカバー

【EP “Mizlecca”について】
EP「Mizlecca」内の楽曲についてカバー投稿可能としていましたが、しばらくの間カバー動画の投稿はYouTubeでのみ可とさせていただきます（Xは不可となります）。追加情報はCover list pageでお知らせさせて頂きます。

  • カバー可能としている曲のみ、カバー投稿/発表が可能です
  • 現在のカバーOKリストと、オリジナル名義、オフボーカルデータの有無はこちらから確認できます。
  • 非営利に限り自由に行っていただけます。カバー動画/音楽そのものに収益が発生することを禁止します（商用利用はできません）
  • ライブ配信で歌う場合、投げ銭機能をオンにすることは問題ないものとします。配信アーカイブ動画を収益化するのはNGです。
  • オリジナル曲のクレジット明記をお願いします
  • 動画やイラストは配布しておりません
  • 元々インストの曲に勝手に歌を載せることはできません（演奏や打ち込みでのカバーのみOK）

【Attention / about EP “Mizlecca”】
Although I had allowed song cover for the songs on the “Mizlecca” EP, for the time being, cover video upload is only be allowed on YouTube (X will not be allowed). Additional information will be announced on the Cover list page.

  • Songs in the list below, you can upload as cover songs
  • The list of covers OK and the availability of original names and off-vocal data can be found here.
  • You can upload to do so for non-commercial use only. Commercial use is not allowed
  • If you are singing in a live stream, there is no problem to turn on superchat. It is not acceptable to monetize delivery archive videos
  • Please credit the original song
  • I do not distribute videos or illustrations
  • Songs cannot be placed on instrumental pieces that originally had no songs without permission

  • カバーは非営利に限り自由に行っていただけます。商用利用はできません

Other music cover

  • Skeb曲、Audiostock販売曲など、その他のプラットフォームに置いている曲はカバーが出来ません。
  • ご依頼作品については、私の方では許可が出せません。ご依頼主様にお問い合わせください。
  • Songs placed on other platforms, such as Skeb songs and songs sold on Audiostock, cannot be covered.
  • I am unable to give permission for the commission work. Please contact the client.

About Free BGM

音楽素材と音楽作品の違い

Hagaliの曲には「音楽作品」と「音楽素材」があります。音楽素材として誰でも使える音楽は、以下のどれかに該当する場合のみです。

Hagali’s music includes “musical works” and “Free BGM(musical materials)”. Music that can be used by anyone as musical material is only if it falls into one of the following categories.


1. Free BGMページに置いてある曲 / 1. Music placed on “Free BGM” Page

2. BOOTHで音楽素材として配布している曲/ 2. Music distributed as free BGM on BOOTH

ただしこれも後から1.のFree BGMページに同じものを追加していますので、実質1と同じです。

この3点以外の曲は全て「音楽作品」ですので、音楽素材として使うことは出来ません。音楽素材曲を使う場合は、利用規約を必ずお読みください。

All other songs are “musical works” and cannot be used. If you want to use music free BGMs, please be sure to read the Terms of Use.

音楽作品を例外としてBGMに使える例

例外として、一部の曲はYouTubeショート、TikTok、Instagramのリール動画に音楽を登録してあります。これは試験的な登録です。どれもショート動画としての利用なら可能ですが、重要な点として公式に登録されていない曲は使えません。また自作発言は禁止です。ここでは楽曲の詳細を案内しないのでご自身で探してみて下さい。

As an exception, some songs have music registered for YouTube shorts, TikTok, and Instagram reel videos. This is a trial registration. All of them can be used as short videos, but importantly, you cannot use songs that are not officially registered. Also, you are not allowed to make your own remarks. We will not guide you to the details of the songs here, so please find them by yourself.
