コンテンツの使用について

Hagaliでは、作品の無断転載、および楽曲・イラスト・歌詞などの改変（二次的著作物の制作）や、楽曲を自身のコンテンツとして無断で使用することは禁止しております。また、購入特典（一般公開していない造語歌詞・翻訳・世界観の設定資料など）の転載も固く禁じます。
それは収益化の有無は関係なく、Hagaliを応援の目的のためであってもお断りしています。プラットフォーム側にアカウントの通報や動画の削除依頼をすることがありますのでご了承ください。Hagaliの動画のURLのシェアや、SNSのフォロー、チャンネル登録等での応援が一番嬉しいです。

例外がいくつかありますので、このページでご紹介しています。


The unauthorized reproduction of my works, the creation of derivative content using my music, illustrations, or lyrics, and the unauthorized use of my music within your own content are strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the reproduction or redistribution of purchase bonuses—including setting materials and the lyrics/translations of made-up language songs that I have not released to the public—is strictly forbidden. This applies regardless of monetization status, even when the purpose is to show support for Hagali.

Please understand that as soon as we find it, we may report or request to remove it from the platform. Support by sharing Hagari’s video URL, subscribing to the Video channel, SNS follow. This is what makes me most glad.
(I have a few video channels that I have given permission for so far. So, I’d appreciate it if you could leave them without reporting me)

Difference Between Free BGM and Music Works

音楽素材と音楽作品の違い

Hagaliの曲には「音楽作品」と「音楽素材」があります。音楽素材として使える音楽は、以下のどれかに該当する場合のみです。

Hagali’s music includes “music works” and “Free BGM”. Important: Music may be used as Free BGM only if it meets one of the following conditions:.


1. Free BGMページに置いてある曲 – Music placed on “Free BGM” Page

2. BOOTHで音楽素材として配布している曲 – Music distributed as free BGM on BOOTH

ただしこれも後から1.のFree BGMページに同じものを追加していますので、実質1と同じです。

Cover guideline

Hagaliの曲のカバー投稿を行いたい方へ

Hagaliの曲は、カバー投稿が可能です。ボーカルカバーと、演奏でのカバーがありますが、どこにも公開せず個人で楽しむ分にはどの曲で行っても構いません。以下は全て、インターネット上を含む外部へ公開する際のガイドラインです。

  • カバーやファンコンテンツを作るにあたり、楽曲・ロゴ・イラストなどの創作物をそのまま使用すること、または改変やAIに読み込ませる行為を全て固く禁じます。
  • 「ボーカルカバー」および「楽器の演奏によるカバー」のみを許可します。音声合成ソフトによるカバー（AI技術の使用有無を問わず）や、AIを用いた二次創作・改変は一律で禁止いたします。
  • カバーが許可されている楽曲のみ、投稿・発表が可能です。現在のカバー公開許可リストと、オリジナル名義、オフボーカルデータの有無はこちらから確認できます。リリース直後の楽曲はカバー可能にしておりません。またコラボレーション作品など、カバーを許可していない楽曲もありますので、必ず事前にご確認ください。
  • 商用利用はできません。非営利に限り自由に行っていただけます。一点例外として、ライブ配信内の1曲として歌う場合、投げ銭機能をオンにしておくことは問題ありません。ただしアーカイブは収益化できません。
  • オリジナル曲のクレジット明記をお願いします。
  • 動画やイラストは配布しておりません。歌詞は、Hagaliがネット上に一般公開している内容であれば歌詞やその翻訳を載せていただいても問題ありませんが、購入特典となっているものや一般公開していないものは公開禁止とさせていただいています。
  • 元々インストの曲に勝手に歌を載せることは許可できません（演奏のカバーのみOKです）。


You can post Hagali’s cover songs. There are vocal covers and performance covers. You can to use any song you like as long as you enjoy it privately and not publicize it anywhere. The following is a request for those who wish to upload their work on social networking sites or in videos.

  • When creating covers or fan content, using our original creations (including music, logos, illustrations, etc.) as they are, modifying them, or feeding/loading them into AI tools is strictly prohibited under any circumstances.
  • Regarding covers, we only permit vocal covers and instrumental performances (instrumental covers). Cover versions using voice synthesis software (regardless of whether AI technology is used) and any secondary creation or modification utilizing AI are strictly prohibited.
  • You may only post or release covers of songs that are explicitly designated as permitted. You can check the current list of allowed songs, original titles, and the availability of off-vocal tracks here. Newly released songs are not open for covers immediately. In addition, please be sure to check in advance, as some songs (such as collaborative works) are not permitted for covers.
  • Commercial use is prohibited. Covers are allowed freely for non-commercial purposes only. As a single exception, if you sing the song during a live stream, turning on tipping features (such as Super Chats) is permitted. However, the archived video of the stream cannot be monetized.
  • Please clearly credit the original song.
  • We do not distribute videos or illustrations. As for the lyrics, you are welcome to post them or their translations as long as the lyrics have been publicly released by Hagali online. However, lyrics included as purchasing benefits cannot be made public.
  • Adding vocals to songs that were originally instrumentals is not permitted (only instrumental covers are allowed).

Other

  • Skeb曲、Audiostock販売曲など、その他のプラットフォームに置いている曲はカバーが出来ません。
  • ご依頼で制作した作品については、私の方では管理しておりません。恐れ入りますがクライアント様にお問い合わせください。

  • Songs placed on other platforms, such as Skeb songs and songs sold on Audiostock, cannot be covered.
  • I am unable to give permission for the commission work. Please contact the client.

公式チャンネルガイドライン

Hagaliの音楽と世界観、初めて聴く方の体験を大切にするため、コメントの際は以下の点にご配慮いただけると嬉しいです。なお、YouTubeの自動フィルターでコメントは保留・非表示になることがあります。

  • 相手へのご迷惑にもなりますので、他の方のお名前や作品名を出すコメントはお控えください。
  • 造語歌詞や翻訳の掲載を削除させていただく場合があります。これには様々な理由がありますが、例えば購入特典であることなどが挙げられます。
  • 内容と関係のない、他の方の動画のコメント欄でのHagaliの宣伝等はご遠慮ください。

We want everyone to enjoy the music and its world, so we have created guidelines for this channel. Some comments may be held or hidden by YouTube’s filters.
To help with that, we’d appreciate it if you could follow the points below:

  • Please avoid mentioning others’ names or works to prevent causing trouble, even if well-meaning.
  • For some works, lyrics or translations might be removed. There are various reasons for this, such as it being paid content.
  • Please refrain from promoting my work in videos unrelated to this channel.
