Hagaliの楽曲は全て転載を禁じています。また、楽曲、イラスト、歌詞などのクリエイティブを使った第三者による無断のコンテンツ制作や投稿も固く禁じています。 それはコンテンツの収益化の有無は関係なく、Hagaliを応援の目的のためであってもお断りしています。

プラットフォーム側にアカウントの通報や動画の削除依頼をすることがありますので、どうかご了承ください。Hagaliの動画のURLのシェアや、SNSのフォロー、チャンネル登録等で応援をお願いします。それが一番嬉しいです。 （今までに動画掲載の許可を出した友人のYouTubeチャンネルがあります。ですので、もし見つけても私に共有などは不要です。通報せず置いてもらえると嬉しいです）

例外として楽曲のカバー（歌ってみた）投稿は可能です。 また音楽素材として制作している曲はBGM使用を許可していますので、このページで詳細をご紹介します。

制作者さま向けの警告

状況に鑑みて然るべき措置を取っております。

• 作品の説明文や概要文（動画内やShop含む）、webサイトのソース・内容、その他デザイン物等の剽窃・盗用は禁止いたします。
• Hagaliの曲を編曲してご自身の作品に使用することを固く禁じます。クレジット掲載の上で販売している例も過去に確認していますが、いかなる理由を以てしても固く禁止いたします。
• データの一部を抜いてアレンジしたファンコンテンツや、曲を流用して制作をする事なども一切認めておりません。

Reproduction or use of Hagali’s music is prohibited. Third parties are strictly prohibited from creating or posting any content using music, illustrations, lyrics, or other creative materials. This applies whether or not the content is monetized, including when done to support Hagali.

Please understand that as soon as we find it, we may report or request to remove it from the platform. Support by sharing Hagari’s video URL, subscribing to the Video channel, SNS follow. This is what makes me most glad.
(I have a few video channels that I have given permission for so far. It is a friend. So there is no need for me to share them with you. If you find them, I’d appreciate it if you could leave them without reporting me)

As an exception, you can cover Hagali’s song. And, songs that are produced as music materials are permitted for background music use, which is detailed on this page.

We do not approve of it at all, we take appropriate action.

• The unauthorized copying, plagiarism, or theft of any work descriptions, summaries (including those in videos, online shops, websites, or any other designs) is strictly forbidden.
• Under no circumstances are you allowed to arrange, remix, or alter my music for use in your own works. Even if credits are provided, this is absolutely prohibited. No exceptions will be made for any reason.
• The extraction or modification of any part of my data to create fan content, or the reuse of my music in any kind of production, is strictly not permitted. Any unauthorized use will be dealt with seriously.

例外として、一部の曲はYouTubeショート、TikTok、Instagramのリール動画に音楽を登録してあります。どれもショート動画としての利用なら可能ですが、重要な点として公式に登録されていない音源は使えません。これは試験的な登録で、違反が多そうでしたらこの取り組みは辞める予定です。また自作発言は禁止です。ここではプラットフォームから提供されるショート動画の仕様を案内していませんため、恐れ入りますがご自身で調べてみてください。

As an exception, some songs are registered for use in YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels as a trial. These can be used as BGM for short videos only. Please do not use any unregistered tracks. If violations increase, this trial may end. Claiming these works as your own is prohibited. I do not provide platform-specific guidelines, so please check those yourself.
